Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients with scheduling services and provide information about our offerings.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer... concerns and suggestions for improvement.
• Continuously contribute to the development of best practices for customer service.
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance service skills.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in communications or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
