As a remote customer service specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service via telephone, in person, in writing, and online.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced clerical support, including operation of a personal computer and public contact work
Deliver professional and courteous responses to customer inquiries regarding various County operations
Perform customer service functions in support of the Animal Services - Pet Services team
Answer telephone calls, type letters and reports, maintain records, and perform data entry
Utilize software applications to retrieve and enter data
Perform other clerical functions, such as processing mail, filing, and scanning
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; one (1) year of experience in customer service duties involving frequent public contact
Proficient in operating a personal computer and related software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and understand oral and written instructions
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Valid Florida driver's license required
