Customer Service Specialist – Phoenix, AZ +

We are looking for motivated individuals that are passionate about helping others…That believe in themselves and their own abilities…Our customers call us with a problem, and it’s up to us to discover what they need and teach/show them how to solve it.
Job Responsibilities:
Taking incoming customer calls, asking questions to determine what they need
Calling existing customers, checking on service and letting them know how much they matter to us
Being super awesome and friendly
Being real with customers…not a robot
Professional appearance, demeanor, and pride in your abilities is a must.
Pest control experience is a big plus but not a necessity (we will train)
This job can get crazy busy….we need cool heads
