Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and feedback are handled professionally and efficiently. You will use platforms like ReAmaze (or similar) to manage email communications, engage with customers on social media, and provide solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. Key Duties & Responsibilities Email & Social Media Management: Respond to customer inquiries via email using ReAmaze or similar platforms. Engage with customers through multiple social media platforms simultaneously through chat, comments or live interactions. Customer Support & Satisfaction: Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide tailored solutions. Build long-term relationships and trust through open, interactive communication. Provide accurate and complete information using the right tools and methods. Issue Resolution & Follow-Up: Handle customer complaints , offering appropriate solutions within set time limits. Follow up to ensure issues are fully resolved and customer satisfaction is achieved. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and process customer accounts. Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies . Customer Engagement: Go the extra mile to engage customers and enhance their experience. Additional Tasks: Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Prior experience in customer service, preferable in e-commerce or a related field is a plus , but we welcome fresh graduates who are eager to start their career. Experience managing social media interactions (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is beneficial but not mandatory. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Empathetic and patient with a customer-first mindset . Devices : Must possess reliable personal equipment, including a minimum i5 processor (or equivalent) and above, with a wide monitor suitable for effectively managing multiple applications and tabs simultaneously. Preferred (but not required): Experience with ReAmaze , RichPanel or other CRM Tools is a plus. Knowledge of TikTok Shop and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
