Job Overview
Step into an exciting full-time remote role where you’ll be at the heart of client interactions and business growth. As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in the client journey from initial discovery through ongoing relationship management. This multifaceted position combines the excitement of sales support with the satisfaction of delivering exceptional customer service, all while working with industry-leading CRM technology. Responsibilities

Conduct engaging Zoom discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their needs and build relationships
Master the GoHighLevel CRM platform to manage customer relationships and execute marketing automation strategies
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing outstanding customer service and support
Execute various administrative tasks that keep business operations running smoothly
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire client lifecycle
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences
Requirements

Proven proficiency in using Zoom for professional discovery calls and virtual meetings
Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM platform for customer relationship management and marketing automation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone conversations professionally and effectively
Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness in previous work experiences
Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks and challenges
Strong team player mentality with collaborative spirit
Ability to commit to full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
