- Conduct research using available resources to provide accurate information to callers
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the research team as necessary

- Assist with additional projects as assigned by the supervisor
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in using computers and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
