What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Assist providers with claims, investigations, and appeals
• Handle authorizations and utilization management appeals
• Respond to eligibility and benefits inquiries
• Document provider inquiries and specific details
• Assist with educating providers on self-service options

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume call center as a customer service representative
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong typing and analytical abilities with a typing speed of 40 WPM
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
• 1-2 years of experience with healthcare insurance
• Experience with billing, coding, or back-end processing
