Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and up sell products will contribute to the overall success of our retail operations.
Duties include:
Packing and processing packages for courier shipment
Sorting and distributing mail to mailbox holders
Operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices Maintain a clean and safe working environment And much more!
The ideal associate candidate will have a friendly attitude and the ability to confidently assist customers with all their needs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED Strong computer and internet skills
Fun and friendly personality
A genuinely helpful demeanor
A professional appearance
A fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business as quickly as possible.
Hours Needed:
Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday-Saturday
SATURDAY AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED!

Store Hours of Operation:
Monday -- Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Saturdays 10:00am to 1:30pm
Sundays CLOSED

Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
