Become increasingly familiar with products offered by the employer
Build relationships and engage customers during phone calls
Maintain flexibility in accepting assignments and direction to meet the needs of the business
Assist customers with shopping on the website or within the catalog, place orders, and suggest products
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be a Vermont Resident
Must have an internet speed of at least 30mbps for remote work
Must be at least 16 years of age
Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
Ability to learn new computer programs
Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a retail environment
