What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer customer phone calls to assist with order taking, troubleshooting, and customer questions
- Become increasingly familiar with products offered by the employer
- Build relationships and engage customers during phone calls
- Maintain flexibility in accepting assignments and direction to meet the needs of the business
- Assist customers with shopping on the website or within the catalog, place orders, and suggest products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a Vermont Resident
- Must have an internet speed of at least 30mbps for remote work
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Dependable, enthusiastic, and flexible team player
- Ability to learn new computer programs
- Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a retail environment
