What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide customer support via phone, email, or instant message as the primary contact for inbound customer issues
Escalate more technical product-related issues to the appropriate product support department
Process a high volume of consumer inquiries about banking products and services
Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes, and utilize resources to resolve inquiries
Track and document inbound support requests and ensure accurate customer information entry
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED
At least one year of call center experience
At least one year of customer service experience
Knowledge of banking products, services, and business operations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a digital transformation or technology-focused environment
Familiarity with financial services and customer relationship management systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Demonstrated ability to mentor or guide less experienced peers
