Ā Inbound/ outbound logistics (carriers)

Ā Field customer inquiries

Ā Coordinate shipping/ stock transfers
,
Ā Sample fulfillment
,
Ā Customer sales inquiries
,
Ā Stock level check
,
Ā Communication of shipment status change/ issues to sales for resolution (standard products)

Ā Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations
Requirements
Ā Experience with Microsoft Office software
,
Ā Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
,
Ā Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
,
Ā Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers
,
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
,
Ā Great time management skills, completing tasks in a timely manner
,
Ā A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills
