About the Role: What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to exceptional customer care. Key Responsibilities
Handle Inbound Customer Calls: Respond to incoming calls from members seeking assistance with their prescription insurance, medication coverage, and pharmacy benefits
Provide Insurance Guidance: Answer questions about prescription insurance plans, coverage options, and help customers understand their benefits in plain language
Mail Order Support: Assist customers with mail order prescription processes, tracking, and resolution of any related issues
First-Call Resolution: Strive to resolve member questions and concerns during the initial contact, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience
Product and Coverage Education: Explain medication coverage details, prior authorization processes, and formulary information to help customers make informed decisions

What We're Looking For: Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience interacting with customers in a professional setting. This can include call center environments, retail positions, hospitality industry roles, or military customer service experience
Education: Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications
