* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
* Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
* Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
* Ability to work independently and manage personal workflow.
* Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
Experience
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment is a plus.
Working Hours
* Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
