Key Responsibilities
• Connect with clients via phone, email, text, and Zoom
• Guide customers through their benefit options and answer questions
• Update and manage client information using internal tools
• Provide excellent service with a solution-first attitude
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive virtual team
What You Need to Succeed
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience in insurance or customer service required
• Strong communication skills and a professional, people-first mindset
• Self-motivated and organized with good time management
• Comfortable using basic technology (Zoom, email, online tools)
