Essential Duties and Responsibilities
ā¢ Schedule
ā¢ Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
ā¢ Shift Hours : 3:30pm - 12am
ā¢ *Please kindly note that all potential candidates must be flexible. May be asked to work a different shift from time to time.
ā¢ Answers incoming calls and communicates with clients with respect, courtesy, empathy, tact, and professionalism.
ā¢ Troubleshoots situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone.
ā¢ Maintains an above-average attendance record.
ā¢ Follows established standard operating procedures
Qualifications/Requirements
ā¢ A high school diploma is required.
ā¢ At least one year of call center experience is required.
ā¢ Can be a team player.
ā¢ Can work without direct supervision.
ā¢ Can work well with medical staff, veterans, and the elderly.
ā¢ Has a good work ethic
ā¢ Outstanding verbal communication skills (phone etiquette).
ā¢ Detail-oriented, can multi-task, and is highly organized.
ā¢ Strong Microsoft Office skills.
ā¢ Must be flexible
