ROLE DESCRIPTION:As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Charline Espinoza - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
BOD procedures
Billing and Payments
Assist customer in claims journey
Onboard customers
Policy review
Scheduling appointments
Answer Phones
Provide excellent customer services
Multiline existing customers
Adding and making changes to policy accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of ECRM and NECHO
Active insurance license
Strong organization and implement dation of BOD
Strong understanding of navigating Underwriting
Detailed note taking skills
Separate working room / home office
Strong knowledge of Billing and Payments
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of State Farm insurance products
MUST HAVE STATE FARM EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED

Please note, remote workers may be required to report to office with desktop camera on settings. Workstation must be set up in area that is designated for office space / work area.This is a remote position.
