We are seeking motivated and friendly Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their insurance needs, answering inquiries, and providing support to ensure a positive customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with policy information, billing, changes, and claims.
Collaborate with team members to meet customer needs and improve service processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required.
Proficient in computer skills.
A positive attitude with a passion for helping others.
