What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer calls and respond to emails from event attendees, ensuring outstanding customer service
- Assist event organizers with changes to their events and manage order placements and modifications
- Follow customer service policies as stated by event organizers
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems effectively
- Maintain composure during high call volume periods or escalated customer interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Attentive listening and concise verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English over the phone; bilingual applicants are a plus
- Proficiency in computer, internet, and keyboard skills; ability to learn multiple platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Motivation to learn independently without guided instruction

- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role
- Familiarity with event management software or ticketing platforms
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment
- Experience in a high-volume customer service setting
