What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Manage a high volume of customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment
- Simplify customer bills and explain service plans and features
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with Tier 3 support for complex customer-impacting problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Flexibility to work various schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to maintain a secure and dedicated workspace for remote work
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric approach
- Availability to comply with organizational security and compliance standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer acquisition
- Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
