We're seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

β’ Providing customer service to internal and external customers
β’ Maintain client customer service and satisfaction standards in all customer contacts
β’ Provide exceptional customer service to ongoing customer delivery and client satisfaction
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service through customer interaction and appropriate product delivery
β’ Support multiple Account Managers by resolving customer issues
β’ Provide training to customer on Office Depot programs and web tools
β’ Solicit customer feedback to improve service
β’ Encourage resolution to customer complaints
β’ Ensure customer satisfaction by answering the day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs
β’ Ensure resolution of customer issues
β’ Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction
β’ Represent the store in a positive manner while providing excellent customer service
β’ Creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
β’ Work nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedule(s) as required in a retail environment
β’ Meet or exceed sales quotas in an accountabilitybased culture
