Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist passengers with reservations, flight information, and travel-related concerns.
Provide guidance on baggage policies, flight changes, and other service-related matters.
Offer support and solutions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our customers.
Process customer transactions, including ticket purchases and upgrades.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively to maintain our high service standards.
Collaborate with team members and various departments to meet customer needs.
Stay informed about company policies, industry trends, and updates to effectively assist customers.
Required Skills:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing industry.
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
