Key Responsibilities
Proficient use of MS Office (Word, Excel) and various software platforms.
Efficiently handle customer inquiries over the phone with a courteous and professional demeanor.
Manage multiple tasks effectively, including social media engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and email.
Demonstrate excellent communication skillsboth written and verbal.
Show strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
Undertake data entry, file management, and various administrative projects.
Exhibit a positive attitude and team-oriented spirit.
Requirements
Must be computer savvy; ownership of a personal computer/laptop with a stable home internet connection is necessary.
Accessibility to earpiece or earphones for phone communication.
Customer-oriented with the ability to adapt and respond well to diverse personalities.
Position Details
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Shifts Available: 4-hour shift, primarily morning shifts, Monday through Friday
