Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH
Join our dynamic team as a Remote Customer Service Representative and become a pivotal part of our customer support during tax season. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our users, assisting them with a range of product and software issues. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through downloading, logging in, basic navigation, document importation, printing... filing, and answering basic tax-related queries. We are committed to your growth and will provide ongoing training to ensure you are well-equipped to meet the needs of our customers.
Compensation And Benefits
Competitive hourly rate starting at $18, with the potential to earn $2,880 USD per month based on a minimum commitment.
A $300 bonus upon completion of 5 days of comprehensive training, provided you graduate and complete 10 calls.
Flexible scheduling options allow you to create a work schedule that fits your life, available anytime between 8 am and 10 pm EST, Monday through Sunday.
Training And Support
A structured 5-day training program, 8 hours per day, including a 1-hour lunch break, to prepare you for success.
Assignment of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist you during live calls and a Marketplace Performance Specialist (MPS) to act as your advocate and support.

To qualify for the $300 training bonus, candidates must complete the entire 5 days of training, graduate, and fulfill the call requirement.
The starting pay rate is $18.00 gross per hour. A minimum of 20 hours per week or 40 hours per cycle is required, with hours to be scheduled anytime from Monday to Sunday, between 8 am and 10 pm EST.
Additional fees apply, including a $2.00 per hour Marketplace Licensing Fee and a $1.00 LiveXchange Service Fee.
