WHAT YOULL DO:
Provide inbound customer service and sales.
Consistently provide a great customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
Work from home opportunity
Minimum 1+ years of customer service/ call center or retail experience required
Minimum 1-year sales experience preferred
Excellent communication skills
Must have proficient computer skills
Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
Must respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
