• Perform filing and general clerical duties as required by the supervisor
• Assist in resolving customer complaints by clarifying issues and escalating unresolved matters to the supervisor
• Help customers place orders and provide recommendations on products
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Customer service and call center experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency and ability to comprehend and write simple correspondence
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Experience with new technology and quick learning capabilities
