* Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management, upholding the highest standards of quality and integrity.
* Providing customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, ensuring that our guests feel valued and supported throughout their journey.
**Requirements:**
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow with our company.
