**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Inbound and outbound calling to clients and union members to provide top-notch customer service and promote our benefits packages
* Setting appointments and performing presentations to promote our benefits packages
* Basic computer knowledge and completing necessary paperwork
* Quality control and leadership development to ensure exceptional customer service and team growth

**Minimum Qualifications**
