Our innovative platform, Contractor Connect, allows consumers to receive calls back at their request, filtering out smaller jobs to prevent contractors from pursuing unprofitable work. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in verifying customer information, filtering out small jobs, and ensuring that our partners are investing their time in the right opportunities. Key Responsibilities Make continuous outbound calls to customers as part of our proactive outreach efforts. Utilize an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions. Document and update customer records accurately based on interactions, ensuring that our database is up-to-date and reliable. Perform warm handoffs of consumers to our partners, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent customer experience. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. The ability to build rapport with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized support. Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills, allowing you to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. A positive and professional demeanor, ensuring that every customer interaction is pleasant and productive. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. The ability to work with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and making decisions independently. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies. Technical Requirements To work effectively as a remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A reliable computer with a minimum i5 CPU, 8 GB RAM, and 128 GB storage (SSD recommended). A high-quality headset with a built-in microphone for clear and crisp audio. An external mouse (no trackpads) for efficient navigation. A screen resolution of 1366 x 768 (HD) or better for optimal visibility. At least 2 USB ports (3+ recommended) for connecting peripherals. Windows 10 or later operating system (no Chromebooks or Macs). A hardwired internet connection via an Ethernet port. Internet speeds of at least 50 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. Shifts Available We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities: Part-time: 28 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (4 pm - 9 pm), and Saturday (9 am - 5 pm). Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (12 pm - 8 pm), and Saturday (9 am - 5 pm).
