Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Receive and document customer concerns, ensuring accurate and timely information
Follow company procedures and input accurate trip data into systems
Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
Review and educate members on services and their insurance coverage
Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to type 35 words per minute or more
Capability to handle a high volume of calls, up to 100+ calls per day
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced environment demonstrating sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently under general supervision
