What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner
Ensure all company procedures are followed and accurate trip data is input into systems
Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
Review and educate members on available services and their insurance coverage
Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
0-2 years of related experience, with at least 6 months in a contact center or customer service role
Strong organizational skills, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to type 35 words per minute or more and answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to work independently under general supervision
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer service position, particularly in a contact center environment
Familiarity with healthcare services or transportation logistics
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work overtime as required
Experience with remote work setups and requirements
