What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Triage urgent clinical needs of patients, caregivers, and referral sources through after-hours calls
Assist local Patient Registration teams with new patient referrals, ensuring accuracy of information
Meet standardized performance metrics for calls and referrals
Communicate coordination of care information with team members and external sources
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school graduate or GED required
At least one year of previous call center experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and keyboarding skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Dedicated workspace that is quiet and secure for handling patient information
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
Three years of related healthcare experience preferred
