- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions with precision
- Maintain phone etiquette standards during customer interactions
## Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages (Multilingual/Bilingual preferred)
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry
- Experience with cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with Spanish language is a plus
