? The Customer Service Representative -Remote (Bilingual: Spanish and English) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet.

Requirements:
? The ability to read, write and speak fluently both Spanish and English
? 1 year of customer service experience
? Open availability
? A high school diploma or GED
? A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
? Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
? Eagerness to learn new technologies
? Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
? High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
