Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving abilities.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in navigating various systems.
Ability to handle a high volume of interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with health insurance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum of one year of experience in a call center setting.
