We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is critical in delivering a seamless and positive experience to our clients and their residents. You will serve as a key point of contact, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality service. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours . What You�ll Do Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with accuracy and empathy Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in company systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective resolution of customer concerns Educate customers on services, billing, and processes Identify trends in customer inquiries and escalate recurring issues appropriately Deliver a high-quality customer experience aligned with company standards What We�re Looking For 1�3 years of customer service experience (call center or remote experience preferred) Strong communication skills�both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Comfortable working with multiple systems and technology platforms Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace Preferred Qualifications Experience in utility billing, property management, or a related industry Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems Previous experience supporting high-volume customer interactions START YOUR APPLICATION Visit Our Home Page © 2026 Anchor Utility Applicant Tracking System Powered by
