Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative. Youll be working in the Service Group Client Services. We provide support to the Firm's Financial Advisors and assistants and external clients. As a customer service representative, youll play an important role in providing excellent service to our internal clients, the branches and external clients through inbound calls. You may assist with online services navigation, account inquiries and updates, PIN resets, card activations, account opening and maintenance, among other services.

Were looking for Customer Service Representatives to:
Answer inbound calls from our external clients and internal clients at the bank branches.
Educate clients on account services and capabilities
Have excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
Have superior customer-centric focus, with proven ability to thoroughly resolve customer inquiries.
Have basic computer troubleshooting skills
Perform efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environment, handling a wide variety of tasks
Requirements:
Call center experience required, banking experience is desired
High school diploma required; College degree preferred
Detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Windows 11 navigation skills
Citrix, Good for enterprise, or Active Directory is a plus
Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 15 Mbps upload speeds. Internet should be connected via an Ethernet cable, not Wi-Fi.
Must be able to fully focus on work responsibilities during scheduled hours. Maintain a workspace free from noise and interruptions.
Ensure the security and confidentiality of information. Demonstrate integrity and professionalism in all tasks.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $16-$17.50 an hour, dependent on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
