Customer Service Representatives will handle inbound customer service calls for a leading healthcare payments company, to assist and answer questions around medical payment processing, statement inquiries and other customer support needs. Responsibilities:
Provide inbound customer service for a leading healthcare payments company.
Consistently provide a great customer experience.
Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
Collect... prompt and accurate customer feedback
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
1-2+ years of customer service experience; healthcare preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
Background check & drug screening required
Required Equipment
A laptop or desktop PC (cannot be an Apple product, Surface or Chromebook) with Windows 10
Ability Hardwire (plug-in) to your internet source with an ethernet cable
USB headset (not wireless) with a noise-canceling microphone
Webcam (external or embedded)
Full time. 40 hours per week schedule with overtime opportunities!
