What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Become knowledgeable of Customer Service Procedures Manuals and maintain an updated knowledge base
Accurately enter product orders and address customer inquiries regarding their orders
Follow departmental policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
Maintain professionalism and good telephone etiquette while communicating with customers
Participate in required training and development programs to enhance service delivery
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
Ability to perform essential job duties through training, education, and/or experience
Punctuality and reliability for scheduled work shifts
Attention to detail in completing paperwork accurately and neatly
Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers and supervisors
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer service role, particularly in the health or supplements industry
Familiarity with health products and supplements
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Willingness to take initiative and consult with supervisors on customer issues
