Customer Service Representative (REMOTE)
VIATEQ Corporation is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent to support our clients. In this role, you will respond to inbound calls, document details of your conversation, and use scripts and other resources to guide conversations.
Important Information...
ā¢ This role for government clients will require your ability to obtain a public trust entry of duty security clearance.
The Successful Customer Service Agent Will
ā¢ Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy
ā¢ Maintain sufficient reliable private internet connection, not supplied by use of cellular data with the ability to hardwire via ethernet cable
ā¢ Proficiently utilize online reference materials relating to the program to provide confident, accurate, and efficient information
ā¢ Utilize technical systems, effectively and efficiently, including desktop, call center specific phone systems and the internet
ā¢ Meet department quality assurance standards and metrics
ā¢ Educate and answer questions from customers, providing the most up-to-date information about the program
ā¢ Follow protocol and to apply sensitivity and discretion in handling confidential information
Must Have (Required):
ā¢ Minimum High School Diploma or GED
ā¢ Strong computer skills
ā¢ Ability to pass language knowledge assessment
ā¢ Strong internet connection due to the remote nature of this role
Nice to Have (Not Required):
ā¢ Bilingual or Multilingual
ā¢ Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative
ā¢ Previously cleared for a Public Trust Entry of Duty Clearance Level (Government Clients Only)
ā¢ Licenses in Insurance, Healthcare, and/or Finance sectors
ā¢ Previous experience with FEMA Call Center
