Primary Responsibilities Multi-task on phone while accessing computers and multiple computer systems (including hardware/software) to retrieve information, and access/enter data into database or client management system • Process Information: Obtain and verify information or data from selected client's knowledge database • First-Call Resolution: Manage and resolve customer issue(s) on initial call • Document Information: Enter, record and maintain customer information • Knowledge, Skills, & Experience Requirements: Exercise tact and good judgment when resolving customer issues • Understand and follow detailed oral and written instructions • Retain information quickly and adapt to changing environment Starting hourly rate of $9.00-$16.00 per hour Full time or Part time, YOU set your own schedule to fit your life!
