Maintain a high level of professionalism and urgency in a fast-paced environment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or help desk capacity
Proficiency in customer service software and applications, including Microsoft Office/Teams
Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Financial service experience strongly preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred
Open-minded and adaptable with a willingness to learn new skills
