As a Customer Service Representative on the careerzynith Client Care team, you will be the trusted voice that guides members through complex pharmacy benefit plans. Your ability to listen, solve problems, and convey information clearly will directly impact members’ health outcomes and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound member calls with a warm, patient‑first approach, providing accurate information on prescription drug coverage, formularies, and mail‑order services.
Assist members in navigating their pharmacy benefit plans, explaining eligibility, cost‑sharing details, and alternative medication options.
Document each interaction in careerzynith’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and internal quality standards.
Identify opportunities to educate members about additional resources, such as specialty pharmacy programs, adherence tools, and wellness initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams—including Pharmacy Operations, Clinical Services, and IT—to resolve complex issues and streamline processes.
Participate in ongoing training sessions, both classroom‑based and virtual, to stay current on policy updates, product enhancements, and regulatory changes.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement, sharing frontline insights that help shape careerzynith’s member experience strategy.


Essential Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer‑facing experience in a call‑center, retail, hospitality, or related environment. Military experience is also valued.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows‑based applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner.
Location: Reside within a 75‑mile radius of Monroeville, PA, and able to work on‑site or in a hybrid setting as required.
