You'll be the first point of contact for patients checking into the hospital, providing them with a supportive and informative experience during a potentially stressful time. Key Responsibilities Work on multiple computer screens and answer phones to intake patient information accurately and efficiently in a busy hospital environment. Collect and input patient data correctly, navigating various health plans and coverage options. Provide compassionate customer service, listening attentively to patients' concerns and addressing their fears and questions. Build rapport with patients in real-time, asking follow-up questions to ensure a smooth registration process.
