Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support, resolving technical issues and addressing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with billing concerns and other issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Deliver expert customer experiences with a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty. Utilize various technologies and tools to manage customer interactions, including phone, email, and online platforms. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix + Webhelp, you'll need: A High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred). Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills. The ability to work various shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to building strong relationships.
