In this position, you will be responsible for connecting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer questions, issues, and concerns innovatively and efficiently. You will need to remain calm and composed, especially when dealing with escalated situations, and ensure that all interactions are tracked for auditing and reporting purposes. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service, including upselling when appropriate and providing feedback on call issues to improve service quality. Responsibilities
? Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to resolve their questions or concerns

? Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues

? Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate

? Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

? Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes

? Provide feedback on call issues

? Upsell if required

Requirements
? High School Diploma or equivalent
,
? 18 years of age or older
,
? Proven call center experience
,
? Typing 25 WPM
,
? Proficient in PC operation and navigation
,
? Able to work independently
,
? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
,
? Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
,
? Ability to stay composed and objective
,
? Strong listening skills
