Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our Medicare members. As a key member of our team, you'll educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues with empathy and patience. Your adaptability, kindness, and respect will make a positive impact on our members' lives. Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic and member-centric service to Medicare members via telephone
Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues in a compliant and professional manner
Utilize basic computer, typing, and telephony skills to document interactions and manage workflow
Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and receives thorough answers to their questions
Exceed member expectations and strive for excellence in every interaction
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate
Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills
High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
Or, equivalent military experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer service experience in a healthcare or related field

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive pay range: $17.00 - $27.16 per hour
$1000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates
Additional $2000 retention bonus 180 days after start date (excludes current internal employees of CVS or Aetna)
