Customer Service Representative Italian + English Location: Remote in Lisbon, Portugal Start Date: 23 October 2025 About the Role We are looking for an Italian + English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team and deliver excellent service to our customers. Work Schedule Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays) : 08:00 18:00 (Portuguese time) Days Off: Sunday + 1 rotational day Contract Type Remote work (based in Lisbon, Portugal) Salary & Incentives Base salary: 1,000 per month (x14 months) Performance bonus: 100 per month (x12 months) based on performance Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day Transport allowance: 20 per month Welcome Bonus (for hires starting 1st September onward): Paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year (1/12 per month) Conditional on less than 6% unjustified absenteeism in the preceding month Not part of the fixed monthly salary package Benefits Meal allowance (per working day) Transport allowance (per month) Health insurance : Starts from day 1 (small monthly contribution, free after 6 months of contract) Requirements Languages : Native/Fluent Italian + good English (B2 or above) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced customer service environment Ability to work on rotational schedules from Monday to Saturday Why Join Us?
