Job Purpose: Settlement and Reconciliation Specialist As a Settlement and Reconciliation Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing credit card settlements, ensuring accurate payments to sites via the reconciliation process. This critical role requires strong attention to detail, business acumen, and the ability to identify improvement opportunities. You'll serve as a liaison between the GBS and third-party support providers, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to credit card support and reconciliation. Key Accountabilities Manage relationships with the Credit Card Helpdesk, third-party credit card support providers, field operations, jobbers, and other retail sites, as well as blithequark Credit Card Operations Ensure timely communication and resolution for daily and partner concern requests Record SAP financial adjustments impacting sites Investigate manual claim inquiries related to settlement and implement processes with vendors for resolution Collaborate with the Lead Billing Specialist to resolve reconciliation issues for credit card customer offer initiatives Essential Qualifications and Experience To excel as a Settlement and Reconciliation Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proficient experience with Microsoft Office Suite Applications At least two years of experience in a business-to-business (B2B) account management environment, working with financial entries, debits/credits, and reconciliations 1-2 years of SAP experience Validated abilities to handle a high volume of service requests daily using Seibel or CRM tracking tools Accurate data entry and detail-oriented Preferred Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: Agility core practices Analytical thinking Business process improvement skills Commercial acumen Effective communication and conflict management skills Creativity and innovation Customer-centric thinking and customer experience management Digital fluency Resilience and adaptability Sustainability awareness and action Understanding emotions and workload prioritization Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to your professional growth and development.
