Job Description:
A leader in customer support solutions, is seeking dedicated individuals to join our remote call center team as Per Diem Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). This position offers the opportunity to work from home, catering to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy assisting others. Start date 9/30/24
Competitive pay rates based on language skills:
$17.00/hr: Monolingual and all other languages:
$17.50/hr: Spanish
$18.00/hr: Russian
$18.50/hr: Cantonese, Mandarin
Shift Availability:
Shifts primarily needed between 10am - 2pm EST.
Work days during the peak week will typically be 3-4 days, rotating based on business needs.
Training Requirements:
Candidates must commit to a full-time 30-day training program initially, transitioning to per diem status upon completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate as needed to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Special Considerations:
Peak Call Periods: One week per month experiences a significant increase in call volume, doubling normal levels. During this time, per diem CSRs will be scheduled to support.
On-call Availability: CSRs may be required to work additional hours outside of peak periods based on business needs.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
